Summer Fruits! What to make with all of this bounty(Booty)?

 Organic peaches from Colorado. I think destined to be jam.
 Apples from a friends farm in Wisconsin.  I am thinking pie or ice cream, maybe both.
Tomatoes seem to be comeing out of my ears, I've made chutney, tomato harissa, conserva, fire roasted sauce, fresh salsa, and still have a plethora of beautiful tomatoes.  I need some more tomato inspiration.
